Opening hours and response times
We are open Open daily 6am – 11pm, every day. Enquiries received during these hours are normally answered within 15 minutes. Messages sent at night are answered the next morning. For help during a trip, call us directly.
Complaints and grievances
If something went wrong with a booking, payment or trip, write to vpholidaytoursandtravels@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, phone number, travel date and a short description. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 working days. Refund requests follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
